About CSII

Welcome to CSII

First of all, it's not about us.  It's about you, our customer.  We seek to build a relationship with you that will ultimately relieve you from having to deal with communications headaches. It is likely that you enjoy the business that you engage in; otherwise you would be doing something else. Focus on what you love.  We'll keep you connected.

Communication Services was founded in 1991 by Gary Middlebrooks to provide business telephone solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Middlebrooks served 27 years with BellSouth before his retirement. He founded Communication Services to provide local businesses with lower cost solutions to their communication needs. Communication Services remained a sole proprietorship until its incorporation during the first quarter of 1998 and became known as Communication Services Integrated, Inc. (CSII). In November of 1997, exactly six years after its founding, Communication Services moved its corporate offices to its current location at 105 Park Place Way in Carrollton. Today, CSII offers a wide range of products and services with the goal of saving its customers money on their overall business communications. CSII sells, installs and maintains business telephone systems by ESI, Avaya, Norstar and Allworx. In addition to its system integrator role, CSII provides a wide portfolio of voice, data, and structured cabling services to its customers.  It is the goal of Communication Services Integrated, Inc. to reduce the total cost of ownership and create maximum benefit to the customer with every communication solution that we design. Our strategy for dominating the competition is lower cost of ownership, exceptional quality, tailored customer solutions, and a higher quality of service at every encounter.

It is the Mission of Communication Services Integrated, Inc:

  • To provide the highest quality communications products and services at the lowest total cost of ownership,
  • To provide productivity and cost efficiency through the deployment of current technologies,
  • And to provide a level of service that is not available to small and medium-sized businesses from larger companies.
