Call Forwarding Off Premise
There are many reasons that you may choose to forward your calls off premise – to a remote office, your home or a mobile device. Below are instructions for forwarding calls to an off-premise number for the primary systems offered by CSII.
CSII Voice Hosted PBX
In your web browser visit https://hosted.csiivoice.com and login with your credentials.
After logging in, click on Settings.
Click on the number you would like to forward, or select the edit icon.
Scroll to the Call Routing section and select your desired destination in Route to dropdown. If you are selecting Outside Number, enter the 10 digit number you would like to forward to in the field to the right.
Be sure to click the Save button, and you are done.
ESI / IVX

Carrier Call Forwarding
Many times it may make sense to forward all incoming calls before they reach your premise-based phone system at all. For those instances, you can take the following steps:
- Dial star-seven-two (*72) from your landline phone and wait for a dial tone. This is the call forwarding star code for most common carriers.
- Press the 10-digit number of the cell phone where you’d like your calls to be forwarded to.
- Press the pound button (#) or wait for a response indicating that call forwarding has been activated. End the call.
- Repeat steps 1 through 3 if you’re not sure if the process worked.
- If you want to stop forwarding your calls, simply dial star-seven-three (*73) from your landline telephone. Some phone carriers use different codes for forwarding and un-forwarding calls. Check with your carrier’s website for more information.
