Create a CSII Voice Payment Profile

Below are 5 easy steps that show you how to add your payment profile to the portal, making it super easy to make payments on your account (or even make it automatic).



Login to Portal

Login to the CSII Voice Portal

Click Accounting

In the top, horizontal menu - click the Accounting button.

Payment Profile

On the left vertical menu, click Payment Profile

Add New Profile

Click on Add New Payment Profile

Enter Payment Info

Enter your credit card details in the secure window that appears.


That's it! This makes it easy for you to apply payment to your account in the future.  If you select the "Use for Monthly Billing" option, you payment will automatically be applied and you will be sent notification of your payment via email.

Follow this same process if you ever need to change your payment details, including updating your expiration date or using an alternate card.
