Warning: Scam Alert!
It has come to our attention that many of our customer are receiving telephone calls from persons falsely claiming to be employees of CSII. One report is of a female named “Jennifer” who states she is with CSII and has found a billing discrepancy on your account. She then needs to “verify information,” at which time a third party is conferenced onto the line. This third party then asks if you are over the age of 18 and “authorized to switch your telephone service.”
Please Be Advised
CSII does not employ anyone by the name of Jennifer. If you have received a suspicious call recently, please report this to CSII at 770-834-2453
If you are in doubt about the authenticity of a caller:[checklist]
- Do not provide them with any details about your company or your telephone and/or broadband services.
- Ask for full name and contact number so that you may return their call at a later time.
- Contact CSII to find out if our company is making such calls. In this instance, we are not.
- Contact the Public Service Commission, or search their certificated companies.
